Our Authorized Distributors are the primary ones who sell our
lighting. We invite you to visit them to see our products in
person, and to meet professionals who can answer your questions
and assist with your purchase.

A2. Can I buy this lighting directly from you – the manufacturer?
We make fantastic lighting but we team up with our retailers
so that experts handle your shopping and delivery experience.
Very few manufacturers are good retailers. It’s in your
best interest to buy Troy Lighting from retailers who can beautifully
merchandise our products, answer your product questions, assist
with the selection of the right design and size for your project,
and handle the deliveries. We know they will do a better job
for you.
A3. How do I find a Distributor?
Go to the Find Distributor section on the left Nav-bar, and
provide us with information on where you are located. We will
forward information on authorized dealers in your area.
A4. How do I get replacement parts?
Please contact the dealer where you bought the item. They
will work with our factory to ensure you get the right parts
to correct the issue.
A5. Are assembly and installation
instructions included?
Yes. All instructions are enclosed in our cartons. Typically
in the package that includes all hanging hardware and/or
parts. You will be happy to know that most of our products
require little to no assembly.
A6. How can I bookmark a fixture on this web site?
To correctly bookmark items to refer back to later, you must create an account and add them to your wish list. Each of our companies websites has different databases; you must open a separate account for each individual website. Your username and password may stay the same.
